The Careers Office at Rosamond School supports students and families to explore future pathways beyond school. Students are welcome to visit the Careers Centre at any time to ask questions and receive guidance about further education, training, and employment options. Parents are also encouraged to contact the Careers Advisor for advice and support.

Students aged 15 and over may participate in work experience, helping them develop practical skills and confidence in workplace settings.

Through Managed Individual Pathways (MIPs), we work closely with students and families to create a personalised pathway plan. This helps guide each student’s transition from school into further education, training, employment, or other community services.
