Our Careers and Pathways program at Rosamond School supports students and their families to explore future options beyond the post-compulsory years of schooling. Our students are assisted by our Careers Coordinator, who is on site three days per week. This ensures they receive guidance about further education, training, and employment options. Parents/Carers are also encouraged to contact the Careers Advisor for advice and support.

Students aged 15 and over may participate in work experience, helping them develop practical skills and confidence in workplace settings. Throughout each year, we work closely with our students and their families to create a personalised pathway plan.
